Hawthorn, which is also known as Crataegus Monogyna, is a fast-growing, deciduous native hedge plant. It bursts into life with an abundance of iscented white blossoms and green leaves, before turning into red fruits, known as 'haws' during the autumn months. Hawthorn's sharp thorns makes it an effective protective barrier around gardens.

Arrived in really poor condition. Much later than expected which would suggest they have been out of the ground for some time. Planted same day and they do not look that strong.
