Thank you for your feedback that I have discussed with our Service Team. Although we deliver over 95% of orders within 5-7 working days delays can arise for a number of reasons. As we have previously confirmed to you your order that was delivered within 10 working days, was delayed because of a stock related issue here at our Despatch Centre. I agree completely with your observations regarding pro-active contact in the event of delays in despatching any order and indeed this is, as you might have anticipated, a key part of our customer communication strategy. Plants were ok but the transport company they use is completely unreliable and mangament does not have control over this.

Very good service when ordering over the phone. Good advise given about getting the plants bedded in and established. The delivery was prompt - arrived as and when expected.

Our Nursery and Despatch Teams both complete quality control procedures that should have identified the problems you encountered with two of the nine plants.
