Problems with condition of plants on arrival. Fallen out of pots and plants damaged. Customer Service good.

Thank you for your feedback the details of which I was already aware of. As previously confirmed we concluded the two plants were damaged in transit due to our carriers Parcel Force handling the delivery 'roughly'. We despatched replacement plants immediately on receipt of your initial feedback. Please accept my apologies for the difficulties you experienced with the initial delivery.
