Hi Kathleen, Thank you very much for your feedback. We agree that it would be good to take the capsule on an empty stomach away from food.

However with it being an enzyme we found people felt slightly nauseous when taking it on am empty stomach.

We have come up with the perfect solution now. Our Serrapeptase is encapsulated in to DR capsules (delayed release). This means that they won't be broken down until 30 minutes after taking them. This prevents any nauseous feeling and delays the time so that they aren't wasted on digesting food.
