How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

The baseball caps i purchased are out of proportion. The colours are excellent but the design (shape) is poor. It looks far to large on the head. Maybe it could be manufactured in the usual three size
