We try to make ourselves available to our customers by many means either by email to hello@hiformequine.co.uk, Facebook messenger, telephone and most customers have our personal mobiles and therefore WhatsApp available to use – which we encourage so we can help when you need us, even at weekends and evenings.
Our subscriptions are provided to cover a month of supply, ProflamAId subscriptions for both horses and ponies are exactly 30 days supply (25 grams for a horse/750 grams per month and 12.5 grams for a pony/375 grams), Oxydane does provide approximately 33.3 days supply for a horse feeding at the recommended rate of 15 grams per day, though the pony is exact at 10 grams per day as we deliver 300 grams per month.
We send all of our supplements via courier, for a fast efficient service. As you live in the Isle of Man we can only work within the boundaries of the courier companies, who charge more than four times the UK delivery rate, we have done our very best to accommodate you by sending supplements every 2 months whilst substantially subsiding the delivery charges to you.
