Jim, We're so glad that you are happy with our coverage and service. Our annual policies renew automatically, so we'll send you the documents for each successive term a few weeks prior to the policy's new effective date (sort of like the policy's birthday!) Policies usually renew under the same terms, and if anything should change, know that we'll clearly communicate that to you in the documents you recieve.
