Roy, I am sorry that you did not receive your polciy documents immediately after purchase. My research found that we did send them to the email address on your account on February 13. We have resent your policy documents to you earlier today, both via email and also paper versions via US Mail (which you should receive in a few days). Customer Service Reps are not trained insurance specialists. Looks like the company has hired minimum wage employees.
