James, I'm sorry that your experience with us ended on a down note, when everything that preceeded it was so wonderful. I dug into this one myself and discovered that Dolly did everything she was supposed to do, but a nuance with our email system to third-parties "snagged" the outgoing email, and we didn't train Dolly to check her send-folder for such instances. Our bad...but wanted you to know that Dolly is every bit as good as you found with the rest of your experience. Thanks for the feedback. Our website currently allows you to quote and bind online quickly, usually in less than 10 minutes, and you receive your policy documents right away. That in itself is more than any other commercial insurance websites will allow you to do. We don’t have policyholder services on our website currently, but we do have a team of licensed advisors available to make any policy changes in a quick phone call, and they will promptly get your new documents out to you. We’re open 8am to 10pm EST on Monday through Friday. We plan to add some online policy service features in the future, but until then, I know our staff can promptly take care of your needs via phone.
