How do we deal with fake reviews?

Richard Thank you for providing your feedback. While I'm pleased you thought the service was good, clearly I'm disappointed to hear that the product wasn't right for your needs. Unlike other insurers we do give a 14 day 'free look' following purchase of coverage, during which you can get a full refund of your premium as long as no claims have been intimated.
