I've had to cancel my policy. I sent the e-mail back to them on the 20th of January. They say they haven't gotten it yet, today is the 23rd. Let's hope this doesn't end badly.

Website is pretty easy to use and straight forward and you get instantaneous quotes and get insured right there. Would appreciate if you can get the insurance policy in the mail as well.
