I will feed your comments into my leadership team for consideration, but my initial top-of-the-head view is that we could be clearer on the website that if you're not happy with giving this authority then call us. The reason we ask for this is to ensure we're compliant with banking regulations around debit/credit card usage and to keep payment collection streamlined (which in turn allows us to keep our operations efficient and prices more competitive, while keeping quality at the levels we are known for). I wanted to be 100% clear that we always notify clients well in advance of any premium amounts due before collection and never collect any payments without this advance notice.
