We've put a great deal of energy into dragging business insurance into the 21st century - so I'm pleased that the website gets a thumbs up, along with the competitiveness of prices. We've also put strong focus on the quality of the service delivery when you need to speak to a human being - and so, reluctantly, I have to agree that if you indeed had to wait over two weeks to get an item sorted then that is unacceptable. We are a brand that is serious about service excellence, and so I wanted to let you know that tomorrow I'll be asking my team to analyze why it took so long to get you sorted (this is not the level of service we aspire to or are known for).
