Searching for a jigsaw puzzle for a friend. Hive was cheaper than a known bookshop and offered free postage. The puzzle was delivered in three days, super efficient.

The service from Hive was 5* as ever but the delivery by Royal Mail for a small package was abysmal 48 hour delivery took over a week to arrive
