Many thanks for your feedback, it certainly has been a pleasure to welcome you over the years! So sorry you were disappointed with the welcome pack. We have changed the contents when it was realised how much wastage there was with the fresh products, such as bread and butter. We guess due to personal tastes and diets, certain items weren't getting eaten so had to be thrown away. Therefore we now supply treats, snacks and seasonal goodies alongside the usual tea bags, milk, sugar and fresh ground coffee. This style appears to be more appealing as we now don't experience the high volume wastage plus they are easily transported home! We still supply robes to all of the properties that have a hot tub.
