Many thanks for your feedback and the opportunity to investigate and subsequently explain about hot water issue. The water pressure gets turned up at the stopcock for filling the hot tub, it is slow to fill and wouldn't be ready for guest arrival otherwise. It is then turned back down after this process. The water pressure needs to run more slowly through the boiler in order to produce immediate hot water to the bath as it is a combi boiler. To ensure the pressure is returned to the correct level after this process, we have put a visible marker on the pipe and have also as added a note in the guest book explaining to turn the bath tap to run more slowly. We sincerely apologise that this issue has impeded on the enjoyment of your stay twice but please rest assured it has been remedied. We look forward to welcoming you back next year.
