Contacted the office during our stay, and they were very helpful. We also had a day of really strong winds and heavy rain, and a member of the maintenance team made a house call to check we were ok.

Had to call maintenance twice (no heating or hot water and hot tub not working) they responded quickly tho never did sort out the hot tub
