Sorry to hear that are having difficulties with your face mask. Silk is known for it's cooling and breathable qualities so we are surprised to hear this. May we suggest that you check the. filter is inserted the correct way around and also that you are using only one and not both that came with it. It has been said that two layers of silk on own can also be effective, so you may find that is of some help. I like the silk turban and find it comfy to wear but I do not think it is worth the price at all. Very overpriced for what it is.

It is always good to hear back from our customers so thank you for your review. Sorry you have had trouble with tying your eye mask. I cannot help wonder if maybe your eye mask is not secured quite tightly enough though as it certainly should not slip. A tight bow at the nape of your neck will ensure you don't feel the tie and once you have found the perfect fit you can simply slip on and off without having to re-tie each night. Sweet Dreams.
