I am terribly sorry you felt I was rude to you, this was never my intention. My intention was to point out that if we do not know something is a gift we don't know to remove the branding, I'd like to point out that we have a live chat function, contact form section on the site and a telephone line where I will have been more than happy to make a note letting the warehouse know this was a gift.
We will be looking to add a feature on our site that will clearly point out the notes section in the checkout so that customers can advise us when something is a gift.
We are a small family run business that only wants to provide the very best service to their customers, to hear you feel this was not the case is disappointing and I will be looking to word my emails better in future.
