I am terribly sorry to hear your item did not arrive in time, I have checked the tracking and I can see Ukmail did try to deliver this item on the Monday and the Tuesday but the driver marked this as 'no one in' I am extremely sorry if this is not the case.
You have mentioned that you have sent over some emails to customer service however when I search using the email you have left in your order nothing comes up, perhaps your emails were sent to the wrong email address?
