It was me that you have been speaking with (Kirsty) I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience that has been caused here, I do know that this was for a client and there was a deadline for this. While the item is still within the delivery times there have been 2 occasions where you have been let down.
Usually we do use DPD for our mirrors and they do go on a next day delivery however this mirror is the only one we are unable to send with DPD due to its fragility and size so we do use a courier that specialise in the handling of fragile goods.
As we discussed due to unforeseen circumstances the mirror was delayed however if the driver has called to let you know he will be delivering then I trust he will be delivering to you today.
