Thank you for your feedback, however I am very sorry that you felt disappointed with our service.
I do know that your mirror did take a while longer than expected to be delivered, this was down to the delivery company as we discussed in email they did let us down with your delivery in terms of how long it took them to get in contact with you to arrange the delivery and delivering it. We have taken steps to make sure this does not happen again and we have actually stopped using the courier that delivered your order. We now have an account with a new shipping company and so far they are impressing us so this issue will not be repeated.
