I ordered 2 mirrors for my daughters. One wouldn’t charge and I got an immediate response on the live chat, suggestions on what to try and when that didn’t work a very swift replacement was sent out.

I returned mine as my daughter didn’t like my choice of size. Delivery was fast. Mirror was lovely. Return process was straightforward. I paid for the return delivery which I think is fair enough.
