Hi Amanda thank you very much for your order. I do apologise your item has not arrived yet and for any inconvenience caused. We sent your item out straight away on a next-day delivery, however, during this busy few weeks in the xmas rush, the courier is struggling with large backlogs. I have emailed you tracking details and you will receive a text message when your item is on the van for delivery.

HI Scarlette, thank you very much for your order. I am ever so sorry your item has got lost in the post. We sent it straight away by recorded delivery on a next-day delivery. It is unfortunate the item and very rare we get any lost hence we was hopeful it would turn up in there 2 weeks, I am sorry you have now been refunded. I do apologise for the delay, We did send your item out as soon as you ordered in a next day delivery it is just unfortunate that the couriers struggled to deliver your item during the black Friday week when they were overwhelmed by the volume of parcels. I am glad it has arrived now and I am ever so sorry for the wait.

Hi Adam The item was ordered on Monday 21st November on a next day delivery offer. It arrived Saturday 4th December so well after black Friday week. You informed me on 25th November that it was black Friday week so this is why my item was delayed but you were still advertised next day delivery on your website which I pointed out to you. Not only did it arrive 11 days late but it was also damaged. During the course of chasing the parcel I spoke to your partner Elaine on 3 occasions who assured me she would call me back but never did. I also struggled to get through by phone as it was often left unanswered. I had no choice but to constantly chase as you were not proactive in trying to get the parcel to me and without chasing i was not updated. This is all really bad service and I am afraid an apology isn't enough. This has deterred me from using your service again or recommending you to family/friends.
