Sadly they could not supply the product as I am not a trades person. I had hoped I could get hold of it. I now have a second rate product and will ask my builder if he can help.

Well packaged, email updates from supplier and courier, and efficient delivery by DX. I will continue to use Homecare Essentials, especially for items not widely available in shops.

The items were in stock and despatched promptly with the item being well packaged so it arrived sin good condition. Postage cost a little on the high side but aren’t they all now.

The deliver company used (DX) delivered to a house in another road. DX Then denied any knowledge of the goods even tho I had e mail telling me it had been delivered successfully!! and cut me off on
