Thank you for your feedback. You placed your order over the Easter Holiday when we were closed. The order was dispatched on Tuesday the 2nd April when we opened again along with around 4000+ other parcels. Your order was sent via Royal Mail 2nd class parcel post in the busiest delivery week outside of Christmas. All the carriers have been reporting delivery delays also given your delivery address is the isle of Wight, that adds a day or so to the schedule anyway. All of which we would have explained to you if you contacted us first.
