Hi there, we have just checked with UPS and your parcel has been cleared at customs and is out for delivery today. We have been informed that it was a customs issue, we have asked for a case notes to check the reason behind the delay. If it was a labelling error we'll review the process in house to avoid it happening in the future. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

overall very good product and competitive pricing. Please keep exchange rate up to date as an order shows valued $980 actually is $1009, costed me another $233 when reached Australian border
