UPS informed us it was being held at customs for a spot check, but it was cleared yesterday and should've arrived with you by now. We really hope the package has arrived with no further delay. Hmmm interesting, I'm not sure if that is the reason. It has still not arrived and I have called them the last three days and were told each day that it will be delivered today. Still no sign of it.

We've just checked UPS tracking and it says that the package has been delivered. Apologises again on such a fustrating waste of time. This service has been noted for review with our Sales Manager. All the best.
