Good Morning, thank you for your feedback! It seem's that there may have been a systematical error here. We do have your order in our system, and it was sent on the 6th June (normally a confirmation of order is sent upon purchase, so it is strange that you did not receive this). A tracking number should have been sent to your email (check your junk mail, as sometimes they go in here). Please give our Customer Service a call on 03 9845 0666 if you have further concerns.

Online was quick and easy to use. I originally went into my local store first (Bunbury) Lady was extremley unhelpful, not interested in my busniess and quite rude. Won't be going back in there again.

Love Horseland products and in particular Dublin products. Only thing was the delivery was a little slow. Ordered on Thursday and didn't receive my order until Tuesday week following (12 days).

Still waiting on the product - communication and delivery time not acceptable as I have ordered from the Eastern States and received my order in 3 days!! We are on day 8 now. Can't comment on the product as have not yet received it :(
