Thank you for your feedback, and my sincerest apologies for the trouble in your purchase. I have looked up your order, and this left us on the 5th June (we print off orders once a day to manually enter in our system, as your order came through at midday on a Friday, it would not have been entered until Monday morning- as we work Monday- Friday). This process is something that we are looking at amending so that we can improve our Customer Service. Once again, we are sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused.
