Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand your frustration with this situation; unfortunately after we received some feedback from customers, this product was classified as faulty and pulled from the shelf (discontinued)- as we want to make sure that only top quality products are sent out by us. Our sales team should have attempted to call and email regarding your refund of the saddle cloth, and in the event of a refund- an automated refund notification is sent to the email address registered.
