Thank you for your feedback! I have just looked up your order and there may have been some confusion. The product that you ordered was the cotton leads (which were not on special)- it was the continental lead and rainbow leads which were 2 for 1- which means get 2 for the price of 1. Firstly, if this was the case then it should have been explained to me directly instead of staff ignoring my multiple emails. In saying this, I purchased two Roma COTTON deluxe lead ropes from my local Horseland on the 1st of December on the two for one special (both tendered up to 7.95 which is half price) I have the receipt if you would like me to send you a copy? Thank You
