I'm sorry to only get your feedback now- it mustn't have been sent to my email for some reason to notify me! Please feel free to give our Customer Sales Team a call if you do have any missing/incorrect items, as we will help to correct the situation. In circumstances like this, the product that you ordered may have been sold out in the colour preferred, however we should have tried to call regarding this. The online site didn't update - I only knew the order was being shipped when I got an email from Australia post to say it was being delivered that day.
