Thank you for your feedback! All leather products are generally harder at first until they are worn in. A good way to protect your hands in the meantime is by using gloves until the leather softens. All Leatherwear needs to be oiled and creamed to maintain the softness. Consistently cleaning then and cream will soften the leather. Hope this helps! Best Regards Elise

After no receiving some items in my order, everything else is fine. The girls are so lovely and very helpful and the order was fixed up and I even got an upgrade on a saddle rug. Thank you :)
