Thank you for your feedback! Our gift cards are designed to be used in store only (they cannot be used online at this stage). We send these out so that they can be used as a physical gift and to appeal to the receiver. However, as our website evolves we may look into the possibility of an e-voucher. We will look into making these easier to find on the website, currently they are under "Gifts" and "Gift Cards". We have also just enabled the purchaser to enter the amount required (ranging from $10 to $2000).

Thank you for your feedback! Regarding rider rewards; we send these out in an email to all signed up members to let them know what is happening, and we also include them in our flyers in stores. Rider rewards points can only be received online. We have acknowledged that the website needed an upgrade, and you will be pleased to know that we have upgraded it in January this year! It is now faster, with greater features and benefits. We are currently working on ensuring all products have features and benefits, and the sizing of the checkers will be one that we will look into. As far as ordering a number of products, the checkout button should only be clicked once- and an email will be sent to you after every purchase. If you do feel that you have accidently made multiple purchases, please feel free to call our Customer Service team and we can sort this out for you.
