Thank you for your feedback! We have just brought out a new feedbin called an "Over the Fence Feeder". We have acknowledged the sizing of the Roma Plastic Feed Bin, and have made the new feedbin larger with stronger bolts.

Thank you for your feedback! We strive to have products sent within 24 hours of order receipt. Generally when a product says 'processing', it has been sent but a connote has not been sent- and we are currently resolving this. The breech sizing and misplaced item within the post is an unfortunate accident; we are more than happy to exchange items such as this if told within 14 days of purchase. Additionally, if you do not receive an item within 5 working days of purchase, please give us a call and we will look into this for you. The product that you described is one of preference. We do have Dublin jodphurs and breeches with a velcro bottom. Hope this helps! Please do not hesitate to contact us with any queries.

We generally try to standardise the sizes of each type to fit the majority of horses, however some horses have particular requirements for their body type. If you do come across a problem such as this, please give our customer team a call and we can try to look into solutions for you.
