Our first order was lost in the post, so kids could not ride for 2 weeks.

Pretty fast turn around with is good, but I wish I could choose to use my PO box and have it dropped off to the Post Office as it's not always convenient or safe for people to enter our property.

Thank you for your feedback! From next week we will have the ability to post to PO Boxes, which will be a fantastic change to the site! For the hay bag, we would be interested to know what you mean by not horseproof. If you would like to give our Customer Service team a call, we can look into this further for you. This hay bag should not have a weak base, and should have the ability to withold both hay and a horse eating it/pulling at it from the side opening.
