Hi Mark, Many thanks for your valuable feedback. I have had a look into this order, and will note, this is a pre-order purchase which states a 1-2 week delivery timeframe which we seem to have just about met - however, the item for sure would have been with you quicker without the Royal Mail delay - apologies for this. Unfortunately delivering palletised items to your location does incur a hefty surcharge by the pallet companies which we have to pass on to customers where necessary. As stated in your review we did refund you asap so you could try and purchase a similar aquarium more local to yourself and avoid any costly surcharges. Many thanks for your custom. Mike Humphreys
