Dear Mr Crawford,
I am very happy to hear that you are pleased with your love seat. On the other hand, I am terribly sorry to hear about your service experience.
At the time of purchase, it was explained that as this Love Seat was in our clearance sale with over 50% off, and that this chair would be sold ‘as is’, which was without scatter cushions.
On the written copy of your order, there was no mention of scatter cushions, as your purchase was for the clearance Love Seat only. Unfortunately, when our admin team printed the product line on your delivery note, the product code of the full price option of the love seat was wrongly added (a made to order love seat with scatter cushions) instead of the clearance item.
We are very sorry for the misunderstanding and confusion that was caused by this admin error. We will do everything possible to ensure that this does not happen again.
