Thank you for your feedback. I am glad you enjoyed the atmosphere we create to make people feel relaxed and open to learning. We include role plays to allow people get practice using the skills that they have learnt on the day as it helps to reinforce the learning but if you would like more resources or have a question for one of our trainers just give us a call!

Yes i would recommend them again and the role playing scenarios were well thought out and didn't seem like a chore to do
