I am sorry that your experience was not as you expected. At times ,it can be difficult to get the tone right for each attendee. I know that you have had contact directly from our support team on the matter already . Therefore ,i thank you for your feedback which we will use to make things better and we hope to see you again soon in the future on other courses.

First day was really great, a lot of useful information and ideas. Second day was a bit weak....I believe that what we were doing whole day we could do in 4 hours.
