Thank you for your recent orders, your custom is greatly appreciated. I am very sorry about the increase on that particular product. Our prices do not increase very often and only as a result of increased cost prices. However, it came to our attention that the product you mention had in fact been incorrectly priced in error for some time and far below what it should have been. We are very sorry to have to increase it by that amount but it is actually a price correction rather than a price increase. We believe the new price still represents excellent value for money for that product and hope you will continue to shop with us. G.S

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We take our delivery timescale promise very seriously and are committed to meeting or exceeding the guidelines on the delivery page of our website. On this occasion the order was placed on Friday afternoon after the dispatch cut off time. The order was dispatched on the next working day which was Tuesday due to a bank holiday Monday. The delivery service chosen was 'economy' and we advise approximately 3 days for delivery following dispatch. We have tracked the parcel and it appears to be out for delivery today (Friday) which is 3 days after dispatch. We therefore feel we have met our delivery promise but of course it may feel to have taken longer due to the bank holiday.
