We are always very concerned and disappointed if we have a customer who is not happy with their order or shopping experience as we strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. We offer a no quibble return policy and Mrs A has been refunded in full for her purchase as the product ordered was not what was needed.
Wherever possible, we use this feedback to make improvements to our product range or customer service. On this occasion, we dispatched the goods that had been ordered and on the delivery type selected by the customer (Free Economy 3 - 4 days). Therefore, on this occasion we cannot find any issue with the product or service on which we could have done better, however we continue monitor our service and product range to achieve our customer service goals.
