We are always very concerned to hear of a delay in deliveries to our customers. On this occasion we dispatched the order the same day it was received (6th May), as always, on a next working day service. It should have been delivered on the 7th May. It is an unfortunate fact that if the courier services do not meet their delivery promises it is beyond our control, however, as soon as we are made aware of a problem we take immediate steps to resolve it asap. On this occasion we were not advised there was a problem by our customer until the 13th May. Since that time we feel we have done everything possible to resolve the issue whilst keeping the customer updated. We are assured by the courier company that delivery is being made today. We do of course appreciate that our customer has had to wait an unacceptable amount of time for this order and we do take that very seriously. We are taking the matter up with the courier company to find out what went wrong and to avoid any repeat.
