Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Inghams used to represent excellent value for money and were consistenrtly cheaper than their competitors. This no longer appears to be the case based on my experience. Additionally the customer service, whilst good, is not quite as good as it was previously. The price difference between them and their manor competitor for the holiday I booked was quite significant. This was attributable, says Inghams, to the fact that they offered free guided walks whereas the competitor didn't. Given the price differential the 'free' walks contribute hugely to the profit margin. And as we never use the 'free' walks there is little reason to pay for them.
