Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Terrible keep harrasing me for documents I said I'll send once I receive them from the council and my previous insurance company. Anymore emails text messages or phone calls I will cancel myself

We did send you weekly reminders for the documents required which is a standard process to keep customers informed and try and prevent policies from being cancelled. The documents are normally required within 28 days but as you were unable to provide them within the 28 days we did liase with your Insurers who agreed an extension to try and help out.

I'm sorry but the document you were actually waiting for was proof of my ncb, instead of hasstling me to send it, you could have given me a choice fir charging me full then sort the difference out once I send it to you. I'm actually waiting for it myself from the same insurance company who were my insurance last year QBE. Technically they already have my proof of ncd as they were my previous insurance but instead you cancel my insurance then you send me a bill of £182.00. If you wish to look in to it and get back to me I would appreciate it. Maybe my insurance can carry on. Kind Regards Mohammed Hajee

I have looked into this for you. Unforunatley, you cant use the same no claims bonus on 2 policies and as this was already being used on your other policy, this couldnt be used on the policy you took out with ourselves. If you wish to discuss further please give me a call.
