We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the transfer not showing up on your way back. We're glad that the issue was resolved, but we acknowledge that this service failure was not acceptable. Food, room and location were excellent. Management surprised us with a bottle of bubbly to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Staff were really helpful and pleasant.
