Very friendly staff, great food and a positive experience all round

Lovely well run hotel. First class staff. Nothing was any trouble. Always very friendly. Dined in bar every evening food excellent and service second to none.

Rooms are very comfortable but in some cases difficult to access because of stairways. Staff on reception are excellent with great leadership from the manager. Breakfast superbly set out and tasteful.

Pleasant hotel, helpful staff, good food. Just outside the town centre, so a walk to the bus station and shops. Small car park (which I didn’t use as I didn’t have a car).

The hotel is very central with just a short walk onto the centre of St Helier. Very clean throughout and even saw a staff member sweeping out on the front street! Great to have on site parking, only
