How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

No update sent to us about delayed travel. Called after the trip to inquire about delayed ferry and gave a call back number which wasn't used on the first attempt.

The hotel was very good. A high standard and we were very pleased with it, just unfortunate we missed the first night and breakfast as we spent 12 hours on the ferry.
