Have had a good service and price on the holiday and then changes to travel I had to make during the holiday organised by jersey travel that had to be done quickly

We're glad that the issue was resolved, but we acknowledge that this service failure was not acceptable. We'll make sure to address this issue with our transfer provider to prevent it from happening in the future.
